By accessing our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or participating in any services provided by Velora Pilates LLC (“Velora Pilates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Participation & Assumption of Risk
Participation in Pilates, reformer Pilates, fitness training, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscle soreness, strains, sprains, dizziness, fainting, equipment-related injuries, use of infrared heat, and exposure to elevated temperatures. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
You are responsible for consulting with a physician prior to participation and for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other contraindications.
2. Infrared Heat Disclaimer
Certain classes may be conducted using infrared heat. Individuals who are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, heat sensitivity, or other medical concerns should consult a qualified medical professional prior to participation. Participation under heated conditions is voluntary and at your own risk.
3. Waiver & Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Velora Pilates LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, or causes of action arising from or related to your participation in classes, use of equipment, or presence at the studio, including those arising from negligence.
4. No Medical Advice
Velora Pilates does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All instruction is provided for general fitness and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
5. Required Waivers
All participants must complete a digital liability waiver prior to attending classes. Failure to complete the waiver may result in denied entry without refund.
6. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows
Reservations: Clients must be checked in and physically present at least 5 minutes prior to class start time. Reserved spots may be released to waitlisted clients if you are late.
Cancellations: Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of class credit or applicable fees.
Purchase Terms: All class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Personal Property: Velora Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Right to Exclude: Velora Pilates reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if a client fails to follow staff instructions, creates a safety risk, disrupts the studio environment, or engages in inappropriate or unsanitary conduct.
7. Memberships
Memberships may auto-renew unless otherwise stated. Cancellation policies, notice requirements, and billing terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.
8. Age Restrictions
Participants must meet minimum age requirements specified during booking. Minors require written parental or guardian consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Velora Pilates LLC and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velora Pilates LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of facilities.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
